If one has objectives of respecting the constitution and existing county / geographical boundaries one should consider the following:

As there are going to be more TD’s elected there is a clear case for 6 seater constituencies.

I would contend that the commission and its review should arrange for and include the range of  3, 4, 5 and 6 seater constituencies.

This would improve democracy and diversity.
