Many thanks for the opportunity to comment on the future of our Dail constituencies.

Unfortunately, my principal comment appears to be outside the remit of your review, which is that the ratio of TDs to population should be amended to keep track with population growth, such as a figure of one TD for every 60,000 people. 

That aside, I believe that the Commission should not place undue emphasis on maintaining county boundaries at all costs and also should avoid creating constituencies which take in a whole county with a small sliver of another county, as the population of the latter may feel overlooked or disenfranchised.
